The purpose of this machine is to straighten the extruded profiles that come out of the extrusion machine before being cut to the desired length by the exit saw. Our traction machine is driven by a linear motor, unlike traditional chain-type traction machines, which provides smoother and more powerful traction, and can effectively reduce the probability of traction machine failure. The equipment is composed of a track frame, a traction trolley, and an exit saw, and is assembled with electric rails, buffers, motor reducers, and oil and gas pressure piping, etc., and is fully automatically controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC).
此機器的用途為拉出擠壓機出口的擠壓出的型材，使型材保持筆直，接著出口鋸台可以將型材鋸切成所需要的長度。 我們的牽引機是採用線性馬達的方式帶動，不像以往鏈條式的牽引機，線性馬達可以得到更加順暢且強力的牽引，也可以有效減低牽引機故障的機率。
本機構乃是由軌道架、牽引台車及出口鋸台等配置而成。再以電軌、緩衝器和馬達減速機和油氣壓配管等組裝配合﹐利用程式控制器(PLC)全自動控制生產運作。
